PROJECT MANAGEMENT
How to: Embed A Map On A WordPress Page
We embed a map into a page using the Divi Code module or by embedding the map into a Text module.
- Load the map you want to embed into a browser tab.
- In another browser tab, open the WP page you wish to embed the map onto. Add a Divi Code module to the section you’d like the map to appear in, -OR- the Text module that you want the map to appear in. Copy-paste the <iframe> code shown below into the code module.
<iframe class=”map-embed” width=”100%” height=”600px” src=”full_map_URL_goes_here” frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe> - Go to the map tab, copy the URL, and paste it into the <iframe> code where indicated.
**If you want the map to be taller on desktop, change the height in pixels. You may change the height but the width should always be 100%.
See examples of embedded maps through the Climate + Energy Map Portal
