How to: Add Feeds To A WordPress Page
There are several types of feeds that can be embedded onto a WordPress page.
- Tabbed feeds: Full-width
- In the Divi builder at the location you’d like to add the full-width feed, choose “Add from Library”
- Select the feed you’d like to add
This page shows several examples of full-width tabbed feeds.
- In the Divi builder at the location you’d like to add the full-width feed, choose “Add from Library”
- Tabbed feeds: 1/3 column
- In the Divi builder, add a section that has a 1/3 column in it.
- Add a Text module for the heading. Add your feed heading in <h4>
- Add another module by selecting “Insert Module(s)” and click “Add From Library” – you will see the selection of 1/3 column feeds. Select the one you want, Save & Exit. Be sure to update the page before closing it out!
This page shows several examples of 1/3 column tabbed feeds.
- Twitter – Twitter feeds work best in a 1/3 column format. You must know the name of the Twitter feed before adding it to the page (for example, @wildearthguard).
- Add a Text box from the Divi library at the location you’d like to add the Twitter feed.
- Add a heading in H5 into the text box: Tweets by @twitterfeedname or similar
- Paste the following shortcode into the text box, replacing “xxxxxxxxx” with the name of the feed:
[[fts_twitter twitter_name=xxxxxxxxx tweets_count=2 cover_photo=no stats_bar=no show_retweets=no show_replies=no]]
- Facebook – Facebook feeds work best in a 1/3 column format. You must know the name of the Facebook page (the ID) before adding it to the page (for example, if the Facebook URL is https://www.facebook.com/WildEarthGuardians/, the ID is WildEarthGuardians).
- Add a Text box from the Divi library at the location you’d like to add the Facebook feed.
- Add a heading in H5 into the text box: From Facebook or similar
- Paste the following shortcode into the text box, replacing “xxxxxxxxx” with the name of the FB page:

Here are examples of Twitter and Facebook feeds.
