Petition to change the listing status of Canada Lynx (Lynx Canadensis) to encompass the mountainous region of north-central New
As you know, the Southern Rocky Mountains do not abruptly end at the artificial Colorado State line. With this petition, the groups hereby formally request that the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (“FWS”) take immediate steps to update and amend the lynx’s listing status to include the mountains of north-central New Mexico.
