Tim Davis

Tim Davis is a staff attorney on the Legal Team, focusing on litigation for the Climate and Energy Program. Prior to joining Guardians, he advocated for the people of New Mexico on a variety of public interest legal issues, including workers’ rights, public benefits, and utility law. Before attending law school, Tim spent two years as a middle and high school teacher. He has also spent years exploring the mountains, deserts and forests of the Southwest and beyond.
